Tickets – This year we will be using Tutu Tix to make it easier for you to get tickets. Now you’ll be able to do it from the convenience of your own home. Tickets will go on sale May 16th. At that time, you can purchase tickets by any of the follow ways:

• Just call 855-222-2TIX
• You will need a credit/debit card to order tickets. Tickets will be sold first come, first served. So buy early to get better seats
• You can pick what seats you want.
• Tutu Tix charges a low, fair fee for their service. You’ll see their $1.00per ticket fee, plus 5% processing charge added to your order at checkout
• You’ll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered. You can have it emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser, and even add it to your Apple Passbook (if you have the latest iPhone software) at no charge! Or, you can choose to have Tutu Tix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee – with your dancer’s name printed directly on the ticket!
• Tickets are $21.00 online and $25.00 at the door.
• You will receive a special code from the studio to order your tickets. Please note that your tuition including June will be due by May 10th in order to receive your code.
• There will be 2 shows a 12:00pm and 4:00pm. Everyone dances in both shows except for Combo classes
4:00 show will be Sat. 10:30 combo, Sat. 11:30 & Thurs. 4:15 combo
• Please check with the front desk to ensure that your balances are up to date.
• Tuition payments are due no later than the 15th of the month. Any payments received after the 15th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

• Competition Dates – April 20th – 22nd & May 4th – 6th
• Picture Day – Saturday, May 12th at studio.
• Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, June 14h at Shoreham Wading River High School.
• Recital – Saturday, June 16th at Shoreham Wading River High School.

Please be aware of the following…

Costumes have been ordered!!! If you have not paid your costumes then they have not been ordered. Please send payment in order to receive it on time for the show. If you need to return your costume due to a sizing issue there will be a $25.00 exchange fee. If you have any questions, please contact me.

Tuition payments are due the first class of the month. Any payments received after the 10th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee

• All costume balances will be due on December 1st!!!
• We have been doing everyone’s measurements and if you would like a certain size ordered please let me know. Otherwise we will order what the size chart suggests.
• If you need to return your costume because of a sizing issue there will be a $25.00 exchange fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me at any time.

I would like to start off by saying thank you to everyone for their patience during the move. We will be doing make ups over February break. I would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. DeLuca for donating their extra dance flooring for our new studio. Thank you to Miss Brittaney and her Dad Lee for donating all the materials and their time to make our beautiful wall and moving the mop sink. I would also like to thank my family for all that they have done to help with getting things ready and looking great!! I feel extremely lucky to have such a great support system and I am so grateful for such a great dance family. I hope you all enjoy our new space!!!

* Bring a friend to dance week will be Monday, October 16th – Saturday, October 21st.

Dress Code:
Combo Classes :  Tan tied tap shoes and pink ballet slippers, any color leotard & tights.
Lyrical/Jazz :  Twyla Tan Contemporary Shoes & any color leotard & tights.
Ballet :  Pink Ballet Slippers and any color leotard & tights.
Tap :  Tan Slip On Tap Shoes and any color leotard & tights.

Competition Dancers  are required to have participated in the summer dance session in ballet, leaps & turns and all disciplines in which they are competing.  Competiton students who missed summer classes must make them up in the Fall.  One’s ability to be included in competition will be based upon skill level, attitude and attendance (8 absence maximum) in both classes and rehearsals. Specialty numbers are at the discretion of the Director.  . All payments must be paid in full in order to perform in any competition or the year end recital

The 2017/2018 schedule may be changed based upon enrollment.
Placement into classes is at the discretion of the Director and is based upon skill level as well as age.  Cut off age is determined by age as of 1/1/2017
