Tickets – This year we will be using Tutu Tix to make it easier for you to get tickets. Now you’ll be able to do it from the convenience of your own home. Tickets will go on sale May 15th at 10:00am. At that time, you can purchase tickets by any of the follow ways:

• Just call 855-222-2TIX
• You will need a credit/debit card to order tickets. Tickets will be sold first come, first served. So buy early to get better seats
• You can pick what seats you want.
• Tutu Tix charges a low, fair fee for their service. You’ll see their $1.00per ticket fee, plus 5% processing charge added to your order at checkout
• You’ll have several options for how you want your ticket delivered. You can have it emailed to you, sent to your mobile phone internet browser, and even add it to your Apple Passbook (if you have the latest iPhone software) at no charge! Or, you can choose to have Tutu Tix mail you foil-embossed keepsake tickets for an additional fee – with your dancer’s name printed directly on the ticket!
• Tickets are $21.00 online and $25.00 at the door.
• There will be 2 shows a 12:00pm and 4:00pm. Everyone dances in both shows except for Combo classes
• 4:00 show will be Sat. 10:30 combo, Sat. 11:30 & Thurs. 4:15 combo
• Please check with the front desk to ensure that your balances are up to date.
• Tuition payments are due no later than the 15th of the month. Any payments received after the 15th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Media Fee- Due by 5/1/19 This year we are charging each family a mandatory $20.00 media fee. You will receive a link of all the recital numbers which you can download as many numbers as you want. Having everyone pay a media fee allows us to get a videographer at a much lower cost. Usually in the past DVD’s cost $45. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me at anytime.

We will be CLOSED for Spring Break
Sat., April 20th – Fri., April 26th. We will re-open on Sat., April 27th.

Please be aware of the following…

• Costumes have been ordered!!! If you have not paid your costumes then they have not been ordered. Please send payment in order to receive it on time for the show. If you need to return your costume due to a sizing issue there will be a $25.00 exchange fee. If you have any questions, please contact me.

• We will be CLOSED winter break Mon.,Feb. 18th – Sat., Feb.23rd

• Tuition payments are due the first class of the month. Any payments received after the 10th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee

• Winter weather cancellations will be announced by email, Facebook and Instagram. You can also call studio at 631-929-8696

• Please remember there are no street shoes allowed on the dance floor. Salt and dirt ruin the finish on the floor. You must have separate shoes for hip hop that you just wear in class.

• We will be ordering costumes this year. You should’ve received your costume balances in November.

• We have done all the measurements and will be ordering the suggested size. If you would like a certain size please let me know.

  • Fall Party week – Tuesday, October 23rd thru Tuesday, October 30th. We will be having a ½ hour of dance and ½ hour party. (Costumes optional)
  • Bring a friend to dance week will be Monday, October 15th – Saturday, October 20th .
  • We will CLOSED Wednesday, October 31st. There will be Safe Trick or Treating at the shoppes.
  • October tuition is now due. If you haven’t paid your June tuition, please include it with your October tuition.
  • We are currently having a webstore made for All Star Dance Academy Apparel. If you are interested in having it for the holidays all orders will be due by October 31st. I will send a link to the website as soon as they finish
  • Tuition payments are due no later than the 1st of the month. Any payments received after the 5th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Dress Code:
Combo Classes: Tan tied tap shoes and pink ballet slippers, any color leotard & tights.
Lyrical/Jazz: Twyla Tan Contemporary Shoes & any color leotard & tights.
Ballet: Pink Ballet Slippers and any color leotard & tights.
Tap: Tan Slip On Tap Shoes and any color leotard & tights.

Competition Dancers are required to have participated in the summer dance session in ballet and all disciplines in which they are competing. Competiton students who missed summer classes must make them up in the Fall. One’s ability to be included in competition will be based upon skill level, attitude and attendance (8 absence maximum) in both classes and rehearsals. Specialty numbers are at the discretion of the Director. All payments must be paid in full in order to perform in any competition or the year end recital.
The 2018-2019 schedule may be changed based upon enrollment.
Placement into classes is at the discretion of the Director and is based upon skill level as well as age. Cut off age is determined by age as of 1/1/2019
