Please be aware of the following…
• We will be ordering costumes this year. Starting this month you will be receiving information on each costume you will need and how much it will be.
• All costume balances will be due on December 1st!!!
• We have been doing everyone’s measurements and if you would like a certain size ordered please let me know. Otherwise we will order what the size chart suggests.
• If you need to return your costume because of a sizing issue there will be a $25.00 exchange fee. If you have any questions, please feel free to ask me at any time.

• We will be CLOSED Thursday, November 23rd -Saturday, November 25th

• Tuition Payments are due the first class of each month. Any payments received after the 10th will be subject to a $10.00 late fee.

Important Dates:
• Dress Rehearsal – Thursday, June 14th @ SWRHS
• Recital – Saturday, June 16th @SWRHS
• Competition Dates – April 20th- April 22nd Turn It Up

October Newsletter

I would like to start off by saying thank you to everyone for their patience during the move. We will be doing make ups over February break. I would also like to thank Mr. and Mrs. DeLuca for donating their extra dance flooring for our new studio. Thank you to Miss Brittaney and her Dad Lee for donating all the materials and their time to make our beautiful wall and moving the mop sink. I would also like to thank my family for all that they have done to help with getting things ready and looking great!! I feel extremely lucky to have such a great support system and I am so grateful for such a great dance family. I hope you all enjoy our new space!!!

* Join us Monday, October 9th at 4:00pm for our Thriller dance. We will be teaching a short dance this week.

* Fall Party week – Monday, October 23rd thru Saturday, October 28th. We will be having a ½ hour of dance and ½ hour party. (Costumes optional)

* Bring a friend to dance week will be Monday, October 16th – Saturday, October 21st.

* We will CLOSED Tuesday, October 31st.

Toddler Class 2 ½ – 3 year olds (45min. Class) $50.00/Month
One Class – $60.00/Month
Two Classes – $90.00/Month
Three Classes – $110.00/Month
Fourth Class – $130.00/Month
Five Classes – $150.00/Month
Six Classes – $165.00/Month
Seven Classes – $175.00
Eight Classes – $185.00/Month
Nine Classes – $195.00/Month
Choreography Fees for Competition Dances which are not part of the normal dancer schedule are as follows:
Solos ($160.00),
Duets ($85.00),
Trios ($85.00),
Small Groups ($60.00),
Production ($60.00)
Character ($60.00).
$60.00 Rehearsal fee is due in January tuition.
September, June, Choreography Fees and Registration are due at the time of registration

* October tuition is now due. If you haven’t paid your June tuition, please include it with your October tuition.

Dress Code:
Combo Classes :  Tan tied tap shoes and pink ballet slippers, any color leotard & tights.
Lyrical/Jazz :  Twyla Tan Contemporary Shoes & any color leotard & tights.
Ballet :  Pink Ballet Slippers and any color leotard & tights.
Tap :  Tan Slip On Tap Shoes and any color leotard & tights.

Competition Dancers  are required to have participated in the summer dance session in ballet, leaps & turns and all disciplines in which they are competing.  Competiton students who missed summer classes must make them up in the Fall.  One’s ability to be included in competition will be based upon skill level, attitude and attendance (8 absence maximum) in both classes and rehearsals. Specialty numbers are at the discretion of the Director.  . All payments must be paid in full in order to perform in any competition or the year end recital

The 2017/2018 schedule may be changed based upon enrollment.
Placement into classes is at the discretion of the Director and is based upon skill level as well as age.  Cut off age is determined by age as of 1/1/2017
